We do a thorough cleaning on condenser coils. Our technicians will also empty and clear out the drain lines.
During your maintenance service if a repair is needed then no extra service charge will be needed. Minor repairs we can do that day, other major repairs may need to be scheduled within that week.
It is recommended to have your AC and Furnace tuned up and maintained twice a year. Once for the summer months and once for the winter months.
Dust in the ducts will degrade the moving parts, making them run slower and draw more power. A full dust and wash on the intricate parts is completed to increase the function of the moving parts and extend the life of the equipment.
We will be closed Friday, January 10th and will reopen on Monday, January 13th. However, we remain available for emergency no-heat calls during this time. Our on-call team is ready to assist, ensuring you stay warm and comfortable.
